Policies & Rules
**PLEASE BE ADVISE YOU HAVE TO AGREE TO THE POLICIES & RULES . A $100 deposit secures your date, time, and is also held for incidentals. The deposit will be KEPT if any of the rules are broken. The $100 fee does not go towards your final balance, 3 days before you're event your full balance noted on your invoice will be due. The $100 will be returned to you no more than 24-48 hours after your event, IF THE RULES ARE AS FOLLOWS. No deposit is required for bounce houses only but is subject to a $100 OR MORE damage fee if item becomes damaged. A $30-dollar delivery and collection fee for surrounding areas (for larger bounce houses), and a $50 dollar delivery fee for areas outside the service area such as Wisconsin. DELIVERY FEES VARIES.
SOFT PLAY PACKAGES PRICES VARIES BASED ON THE CUSTOMER NEEDS. IF YOU WOULD LIKE A SMALLER SET UP THAT DOSENT INCLUDE CERTAIN ITEMS, FOR A CHEAPER PRICE WE CAN DISCUSS THAT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. Soft Play Package Fees for delivery, pick up, setup, take down, cleaning, pre-sanitation before use, and travel fee (if you're located inside the service area only) is included in the package price.**
Deposit Deduction Prevention: Please be aware of the following rules to ensure full deposit is returned.
RULES TO BE AWARE OF:

Adult supervision required at all times.

No shoes of any kind, SOCKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES (including supervising adults).

No food or drinks.
-
No pets.
-
No sharp objects (pens, utensils, jewelry, rhinestones on clothes, etc.)

No running, diving, pushing, wrestling, rough play.

No throwing balls. If balls are missing. (Renters could be subject to a $50 replacement fee).

All equipment must remain inside the play area and balls inside the ball pit. (If this rule is not followed renters can be subject to a $150 late fee).

For safety, children should be of the same size/age range at a time.

No art supplies, slime, glitter, face paint, temporary tattoos, tape, glue, markets etc.

No more than the package recommended number of kids. (5-6 at a time in play area).

Play area must be set up on a DRY, FLAT, CLEAR OF DEBRIS floor or lawn.

Soft Play Equipment and doggie poo don't mix well. If you have pets in the yard, a different location would be recommended.

Equipment cannot be setup in wet, rain or snow conditions. A rain date or indoor alternative would be recommended.

Excessive dirt will be subject to $100 cleaning fee.

Renters will be billed the full amount of lost, damaged, or stolen equipment.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UPON BOOKING.
We understand life happens and some things are sudden and out of our control. We will allow a rescheduled date if we are notified at least 7 days before your event. Your same deposit will go towards the rescheduled booking.
If notified 24-48 hours prior to your event, your deposit will be kept and will not be allowed to use for a rescheduled date. A new deposit will be required. In the event you have fully paid for your event, a reschedule will be allowed upon availability.
7 or more days prior to the event:
Within 7 days of the event: 50% of the Total Package Fee.
Weather Policy
Rain/Inclement Weather - We will offer an alternative date if there is no alternative indoor space. If there is a high chance of rain, we require an indoor setup or a tent to cover the ENTIRE play area
We understand that things happen, and a change of weather is sudden and out of our control. If you'd like to cancel due to the weather, we will allow rescheduling based on availability.
Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you are rescheduling your party. Failure to do so before 24 hours will result in there being a $100 Reloading Fee. We do Provides tents that will be subject to a $25 Fee as this an additional set up.
